Pre Development Inspection
By utilising Birds Tree Consultancy at the earliest opportunity in the development process, we are able to assist in providing the best possible outcome for the development with regards to tree management. All pre-development reports and inspections are compiled in accordance with AS 4970-2009 Protection of Trees on Development Sites. We can assist at the pre-development stage with the following services:
- Design Development - Assistance with design to accomodate existing trees and legislative and environmental requirements
- Detailed Tree Surveys - Accurate and detailed survey of existing trees including health and condition
- Development Arboricultural Impact Inspection and Reports
